Investigation methodology

The experiences from the damage investigation have been structured into a methodology for diagnosing moisture damages and problems, with one completely dominating purpose: to find the correct diagnosis! Without a completely correct diagnosis, remedial measures cannot be properly proposed and may not be cost effective and the responsibility for the damages or problems cannot be correctly placed without a correct diagnosis.  Many damage investigations have severe lack of stringent causality in their claimed diagnosis. Certain requirements must be fulfilled in the diagnosis of a moisture damage to be called a diagnosis!
